We are pleased to announce the recruitment of solicitors Helen Winter and Thomas Greenaway.
Helen joins our Commercial Team. Helen has experience in advising clients in Commercial Property transactions, Commercial disputes such as Breach of Contract, Commercial leases, and Commercial acquisitions. Helen also has experience in Licensing, Insolvency and Debt recovery. Helen has advised a wide range of clients primarily in High Court actions. In addition, Helen has experience of Mediation cases and is qualified to practice in Northern Ireland and England and Wales.
Thomas has taken up his post with the busy Property Team. Thomas specialises in in all matters of Residential Conveyancing including, Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Land Transfers and Developments; together with a wide range of Private Client work including Wills, Administration of Estates, applications to the Office of Care and Protection, Enduring Powers of Attorney and various Trusts.
