Conor joined O’Reilly Stewart in 2022 and is a solicitor in the Commercial team.

Conor studied Law at Queen’s University, Belfast and obtained a Bachelor of Law with Honours. He graduated as a Solicitor with Distinction in 2024 after obtaining his Postgraduate Diploma from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Conor has gained valuable experience in commercial transactions, assisting in various multi-million-pound mergers and acquisitions. He is heavily involved in due diligence and preparation of ancillary documentation for sale and purchase agreements.

Commercial property features regularly in Conor’s day to day practice. He can provide assistance in the drafting and review of commercial leases on behalf of Landlords and Tenants, alongside any ancillary documentation which is required for each client’s individual needs.

As one of the leading licensing firm in Northern Ireland, Conor can provide expert advice on all aspects of liquor licensing and bookmaking licensing. He acts on behalf of some of the UK’s largest bookmakers, leading hotel brands, universities, theatres and restaurant chains.

Outside of his career, Conor raised £9,500.00 on behalf of Down’s Syndrome Association ahead of a successful climb of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Conor was a competitive and professional Irish dancer, placing 4th at the World Championships and toured internationally with Michael Flatley’s ‘Lord of the Dance’.
