She also has a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Ulster (‘mini MBA’). She qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and since then has been specialising in healthcare law and civil litigation.

She has acted for clients in a diverse range of clinical negligence cases, ranging from delayed diagnosis, surgical negligence and wrongful death to birth trauma and cerebral palsy claims. She has extensive litigation experience and has handled hundreds of complex clinical negligence cases.

Aine is a Law Society accredited Solicitor Advocate and has particular expertise in representing clients before the Coroner’s court. She has elected to focus exclusively on healthcare law, recognising the particular complexities involved in this type of litigation and the need clients have for an experienced practitioner, with an established track record in handling these claims.

Aine’s commitment to her clients, and ensuring that they obtain the best possible outcome in what are frequently highly sensitive and tricky disputes, is unrivalled. She is a dedicated advocate for victims of medical accidents and their families.
