Nick Nolan from our commercial team was delighted to have assisted Aurient Properties Ltd with the acquisition of the Lower Crescent property. These properties are important elements of Belfast’s built heritage, and it has been very interesting to see their careful refurbishment by Cecil, Anthony and their team. We wish them continued success in the restoration of these historic buildings and the development of what are sure to be an iconic additions to Belfast’s hospitality scene.
