The O’Reilly Stewart Commercial Department recently acted in the sale of the historic Old Inn, Crawfordsburn, to the Galgorm Collection Group in a multi-million pound deal.
The iconic County Down hotel was placed on the market by owner Danny Rice and family, who have operated the hotel since the 1980s.
The O’Reilly Stewart team was led by Director Seamus McGranaghan and Associate Christopher Bullock assisted by colleagues in the Property Department.
The sale, for an undisclosed sum, is likely to represent one of the largest hospitality transactions since the outbreak of Covid-19 and subsequent closure of the hospitality sector last year.
