The O’Reilly Stewart Commercial Department have acted on behalf of Belfast-based Petroleum Installation Solutions (PIS) in the acquisition of their business by Lancashire-based business LCM Environmental Group for a seven-figure sum.
The business, which has large clients such as Applegreen and Topaz, was set up in 2012 and has gained a stellar reputation in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The acquisition allows for further expansion of PIS as part of the LCM Environmental Group.
The O’Reilly Stewart team, led by our commercial director Seamus McGranaghan, were involved in all parts of the acquisition including corporate, property and employment matters.
