The O’Reilly Stewart Commercial Department were pleased to act for Oklahoma based Bama Companies in assisting lead legal advisors, Geldards LLP, in the acquisition of Northern Irish company Evron Foods/Easibake Foods.
Having acquired a minority stake in the company in 2018, the US food company has now purchased the entire shareholding from the previous owners.
The O’Reilly Stewart team of Seamus McGranaghan, Christopher Bullock and Nicholas Nolan advised on commercial, property and employment elements of the transaction alongside the team at Geldards LLP, led by Peter Seary.

The purchase showcases that substantial business transactions can and are still being done in Northern Ireland, despite the difficult circumstances businesses currently face and that O’Reilly Stewart are well placed to provide expert advice in such matters.
