Christopher Bullock, Associate in our Commercial Department, was pleased to have advised Oklahoma based Bama Companies Inc on the Northern Irish legal aspects of their acquisition of 25% of local bakery company, Evron Foods Group.
With factories in Craigavon and Wales, Evron Foods supply frozen and chilled bakery goods across the globe. This is the second investment in Europe by Bama Companies Inc, who already have factories in Poland, USA and China.
