We are seeking to employ a healthcare/clinical negligence solicitor to join our leading healthcare team. We handle clinical negligence claims for people who have suffered illness or injury because of substandard care. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including High Court personal injury litigation and some healthcare inquests. The solicitor will be advising on all matters of general healthcare law, including patient complaints. You will have an existing caseload. Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of two years PQE and experience in High Court Personal Injury Litigation. Previous experience in Clinical Negligence Litigation/Healthcare is desirable though not essential.
