O’Reilly Stewart obtain liquor licence at new petrol station

The O’Reilly Stewart licensing department headed by Director, Linus Murray, were recently successful in obtaining an off-sales licence for a proposed new petrol station / supermarket in a prominent location in Co. Tyrone.

Off-sales in petrol station locations are notoriously difficult to obtain given our complex licensing laws, but as expert legal advisors to the licensed and retail trade, O’Reilly Stewart have a history of obtaining similar licences throughout Northern Ireland.

This particular application was further complicated by an objection received from a neighbouring business owner, but after successful negotiations, the objection was withdrawn and the application proceeded.
