Anne brings over 25 years of extensive experience in Property and Private Client law. Throughout her career, Anne has advised a broad spectrum of clients including commercial developers, investors, retailers, banks, administrators, receivers, and housing associations.
Anne specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and distressed sales, purchases, remortgages, and land transfers. Anne also has significant expertise in property development matters, acting for both private sector developers and housing associations.
In addition to Anne’s property practice, Anne has considerable experience in Private Client work. Her expertise includes drafting Wills, estate planning, administration of estates, and advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership Orders.
