She has developed a strong reputation for delivering clear, practical advice tailored to both commercial and private clients.
Anne specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, including distressed sales, purchases, remortgages, and land transfers. She also has significant expertise in property development matters, acting for both private sector developers and housing associations on a wide range of transactions.
In addition to her property practice, Anne has considerable experience in Private Client work. Her expertise includes drafting Wills, estate planning, administration of estates, and advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership Orders.
