We are currently accepting applications for the post of Legal Secretary within our Conveyancing Department.
Key responsibilities:
• Assisting conveyancing solicitors with preparing and managing legal documents.
• Drafting contracts, property forms, and all correspondence.
• Using case management systems to manage files and ensure smooth file management.
• Co-ordinating property searches, registrations, and other legal processes.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure smooth property transactions.
• Managing appointments and scheduling diary for the conveyancing team.
• Knowledge of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership applications
• Assisting in the preparation and drafting of IHT forms and Court documents for obtaining a Grant from the Court
Candidates should have at least 5-7 years’ experience, excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, a professional telephone manner, the ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus.
This is a full-time permanent role and salary will be commensurate with experience.
