Broker Restaurant, situated at 409 Upper Newtownards Road, is a cosy, sophisticated restaurant, replacing the insurance brokers which previously occupied the property – hence, the fitting name.
Our Commercial Director, Seamus McGranaghan, applied to the County Court for an Article 5(1(e)) licence, allowing for the sale of intoxicating liquor so long as it is ancillary to a substantial meal. This new enterprise will prove beneficial to the economy and social life in East Belfast, providing new opportunities for employment.
