Enduring Power Of Attorney

No-one likes to think about losing the ability to manage our own affairs.  The reality is that it can happen to anyone.

An Enduring Power of Attorney enables you to choose a person called an attorney to deal with your property and affairs, and will continue in the event of your becoming mentally incapable of managing your affairs.  You may choose one attorney or more than one.

By planning ahead and making an Enduring Power of Attorney, you are able to give your instructions whilst you are of sound mind, in anticipation of the possibility of not being capable at some future date and in the knowledge that someone you trust can make those important decisions on your behalf.

An Enduring Power of Attorney enables you to choose a person or persons to manage your property and your financial affairs.  So whatever is around the corner, you have the peace of mind that your interest will be looked after as you instruct.
