Throughout her career, Anne has advised a broad spectrum of clients including commercial developers, investors, retailers, banks, administrators, receivers, and housing associations.<\/p>\n<p>Anne specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and distressed sales, purchases, remortgages, and land transfers. \u00a0Anne also has significant expertise in property development matters, acting for both private sector developers and housing associations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Anne\u2019s property practice, Anne has considerable experience in Private Client work. \u00a0Her expertise includes drafting Wills, estate planning, administration of estates, and advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership Orders.<\/p>\n<p>Janet Williamson, Director of the Conveyancing Department, comments<\/p>\n<p>Anne\u2019s appointment demonstrates O\u2019Reilly Stewart Solicitors\u2019 continued commitment to providing the highest quality legal advice and service to our clients.
