{"id":5716,"date":"2025-03-21T15:41:28","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T15:41:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oreillystewart.com\/?p=5716"},"modified":"2025-03-21T15:41:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T15:41:40","slug":"job-opportunity-legal-secretary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oreillystewart.com\/job-opportunity-legal-secretary\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunity &#8211; Legal Secretary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently accepting applications for the post of Legal Secretary within our Conveyancing Department.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assisting conveyancing solicitors with preparing and managing legal documents.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drafting contracts, property forms, and all correspondence.<br \/>\n\u2022 Using case management systems to manage files and ensure smooth file management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Co-ordinating property searches, registrations, and other legal processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure smooth property transactions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Managing appointments and scheduling diary for the conveyancing team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership applications<br \/>\n\u2022 Assisting in the preparation and drafting of IHT forms and Court documents for obtaining a Grant from the Court<\/p>\n<p>Candidates should have at least 5-7 years\u2019 experience, excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, a professional telephone manner, the ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time permanent role and salary will be commensurate with experience.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in this role please forward your CV and covering letter for the attention of Leanne Mills, Training Manager to <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@oreillystewart.com\">recruitment@oreillystewart.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Closing date for applications is Friday 18th April 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently accepting applications for the post of Legal Secretary within our Conveyancing Department.
