This is despite the sometimes gloomy forecasts relating to Brexit and appears to be in stark contrast to the picture in other parts of the UK.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The average house price in Northern Ireland between April and June 2019 was \u00a3136,767.00. This is an increase of 0.8% from the previous quarter of 2019. A total of 5,210 properties were sold in the period between April and June 2019. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The average house price in Belfast is \u00a3129,451.00 which is up 0.5% on the previous quarter and up 3.3% over the previous 12 months.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The figures for growth vary in different parts of Northern Ireland. Seven out of eleven district councils have seen an increase in house prices over the quarter. The biggest increase was seen in Newry, Mourne and Down where house prices increased by 4.7% on the previous quarter. The average house price in Newry, Mourne and Down was \u00a3146,350.00.
